Club rules: -please read before submitting or joining!

1. All who want to join must request to join "members" as other roles are given as promotions or by invitation only
2. All submissions must feature at least one dragon, although the dragon can be of any kind (winged, serpentine, anthropic, etcetera).
3. No mature content (i.e. pictures of a graphically gory or sexual nature).
4. No inflation or voraphilia submissions, please.
5. Please submit your art to the correct folder. e.g. a digitally drawn picture should be put in the "digital dragons" category, a hand painted picture goes in the "traditional" section. Featured section is only for the admins' personal favourites from the other galleries.
6. Please only submit art that is entirely your own.
7. Have fun!

Dragon Types Accepted:
European dragons including Wyverns, Drakes, Lindworms and Wyrms; Chinese, Japanese and other Asian dragons; Ouroboroses; Sea Serpents; some types of Naga; Anthro-Dragons of any of the above types (although this depends on how dragon-like they are); some Dragon-type Pokemon but not all.

What Does Art Mean To You?

It's late at night and I'm sat here thinking, "What makes me want to create my own art? What does it mean to me?".

I figured it would be an interesting question to put to any of you guys who watch the club journals and felt like adding your perspective, maybe we can get a nice group discussion going on here? Or perhaps I'm just tired and the question is far too vague for anyone to properly answer

Also, if anyone has any other ideas for discussion topics feel free to leave a comment with one. It would be nice if we could have regular group discussion topics to help make things more interesting around here

The Darkness Tales Chapter VCHAPTER V
PAST AND PRESENT

In the past years, the village has grow exponentially. Alixia sprints around the village, the few houses become dozens, and the small population extends to hundreds. She runs around desperately looking for the house of an old acquaintance while, at the same time trying to avoid the multitude of town guards.

When she was younger, her family used to travel to the bridge village. During their visit, the people used to host a great party for them, with a delicious feast and haronious music. The kingdoms of Silverward and Calardir were allies for hundreds of years until the destruction of their cities by the wicked empThe Darkness Tales Chapter V by ~arkaeldarknnes

Arrival
The following morning sees a lone horse with rider approaching the city. The adolescent wolf rides proud of his last couple days, and even smiles when he sees the two Tigers standing guard at the gate. The young wolf stops his horse when the guards approach him.
“Good morning Master Kappal, I trust that your hunting trip was a success?”
“How many times have I told you two, call me Niklaus.” The wolf says with a smile “I’m only 12 for the love of the gods.”

Dragon Wisdom

The town square had been full of people and festivities for the celebration of the month. The sun was setting now and the square was empty and deathly quiet. Litter was strewn about, vendors had packed up and only the tents remained. All of the towns people were down in the park awaiting the annual fireworks display. The glow from the sun gave everything a yellowish brown hue.
ilbv had been frantically packing his bags to head to the fairs, but he had been caught up in work that was long overdue. ilbv wolfed down a sandwich and made a mad dash for the door. He was off down the corridors of the town, trying to get to the parDragon Wisdom by *ilbv

THE BRIDGE

Arkael falls fainted, still bleeding and hardly breathing. "Dragon!" the princess hurries to help him, but she's very afraid to even touch him. The healing spells she knows may not be enough. Despite being a prodigy in using crystal spells, she never mastered any teachings of the other magic schools.

"I'm really sorry, dragon" the princess says. Arkael opens his eyes, but his throat is severely burned, so he can't talk. When he tries to move, Alixia tells him to calm down. "You can't move, dragon! Please, let me heal you," she says.

There should be a button that says "join our group", try clicking that. Then someone will look at your application, check that your gallery doesn't contain any stolen artwork, screenshots, etc. and then give you a brief welcome and a reminder to read the rules.

dawn or dusk perhaps? Long shadows but not totally dark, and you'd see the glow from the volcano.

When you submit there are is a drop down menu that appears at the bottom of the window after you've selected the group you want to submit to, it defaults to whatever comes first alphabetically, you have to change it to the correct folder when submitting. [link]
